• I have worked as a Registered Massage Therapist at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital in the high risk pregnancy unit, a seniors’ home, several multi-disciplinary healthcare medical clinics, for several spas, as well as having my own at home-clinic and attending housecalls.  My various experiences have contributed to my holistic approach to knowing and treating the body and mind through massage therapy.

    Services (Price includes 13% HST, for all types of massages offered)
    60 minutes massage for $130
    75 minutes massage for $160
    90 minutes massage for $195

    Different types of massages include Swedish, relaxation, deep pressure, active passive release techniques, myofascial, sports injuries, high-risk pregnancy (pre / post natal), seniors, and can incorporate cupping, K-tape, exercises for maintenance and balance of your wellbeing.

    Pre-Appointment Details:
    Medical Health and Consent forms are needed before the appointment can begin.  I can email you the forms and you can return them by email before your appointment, or bring them to your appointment. Alternatively, arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the forms.  Thank you.

    Payment and Insurance:
    Please note that I do not provide direct billing for massage therapy services. Payment is due at the time of the appointment, and I accept various forms of payment, including cash, e-transfers, Interac, Visa and Mastercard.

    I will provide you with an official receipt after each session. If you have insurance coverage for massage therapy, you may submit your receipts for reimbursement directly to your insurance provider.

    Cancellation Policy:
    I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to provide this notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
